Agrelief was established in 2023, as a solution to the labour shortage in the agricultural sector. Bodie struggled to find reliable staff to afford time off with his family while contract milking throughout Northland. So after a few years deliberation, he's taken his equipment, built a tiny house and set out to help others in a similar situation.
